The South Bend Museum of Art is pleased to sponsor an exhibition of work by its faculty and its adult and youth students.
PARTICIPATION
Any faculty or student of museum classes from December 1,2014 – December 1, 2015 is eligible. Participants may submit one (1) work not previously shown at the museum. All submitted work will be exhibited. All media will be accepted. The largest dimension of the work must be 48 inches or less. A juror will select 18 award recipients. There is no entry fee.

DELIVERY & RETURN
Work should be delivered to the SBMA’s Community Gallery between Thu., November 19 – Sun., November 22, from noon – 4:00 p.m. Late work cannot be accepted — no exceptions can be made. All work must be ready to install, labeled with an identification tag, and accompanied by a completed entry form (below). All work will be insured while on the premises. Work cannot be removed during the exhibition. All work must be picked up from the museum between Wed., January 13 – Sun., January 17, from noon – 4:00 p.m. The museum has limited storage space and will not be responsible for work not picked up during the scheduled return dates.
RECEPTION
The reception will take place on Fri., December 4 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. All galleries will be open at this time. An awards ceremony will be held during the reception. Awards valued at $400 will be given to recipients selected by a juror.
