Students bring their ideas, work, and open dialogue to weekly meetings. The result is a blending of personal portfolio development with practical professional practice. MFA applicants are welcome, as are all artists looking for critique and feedback.

Understanding how traditional photography transfers into the digital realm is key to creating great and memorable photographs with your digital camera. This class covers the basics of Adobe Photoshop, including color correction, exposure adjustment, tools/palettes, layers/layer masks, and retouching. No prior Photoshop experience necessary.

This class demonstrates the art of black and white photography from the basics of camera handling to film and print processing. New and returning students are encouraged to develop their artistic abilities. Class fee includes the use of chemicals. No experience is necessary and past experience is welcomed. Traditional SLR camera required.
